3rd game bot

Maybe you guys can make a third Hostbot (apart from QUALIFY and RANKED).
I barely find a game, whre i can play Trader or exploder, or find games with other starting options. Maybe its an BTanks NoLeague Funbot. I'm not talking about bringing trader and exploder (and all the other options) back into league, but if you already have them, why not play them?

Of course you can connect it to the QUALIFY bot, like having a certain number of stay, to make sure, leavers won't ruin the game.

Whats your opinion of this?

Not a bad suggestion, but I don't know if they have a reserve bot for that. They could always use the beta bot to make it host casual games, but that is up to the bot owners.

I would REALLY prefer a bot, that allows everything (exploder, trader etc pp), 3k start gold and have a stay requirement of at least 75%. No league or qualify, but a bot, where you can play with some players - who WILL stay a least 75% of the time - the "old rules" :mrgreen:

I don't think so. QUALIFY is for the league and thus it has to be league mode. If the "funbot" and the QUALIFY would share the same database you could qualify by playing "funmodes".

Well, if that isn't doable, then we don't need a funbot allowing exploders and traders. There will be lot of leavers anyways so there's no point having a bot which hosts game which will have leavers in every game. Pointless and waste of a bot.

League is completely different and is registered and its fun to get points and climb the point ladder. Also a league bot was needed to prevent kicktool abuse which was a huge problem in the old league creating cheaters which kicked the enemy team in every game.


But since trader cannot fly, it's easy for every pro player to catch up with it, and it cannot fight back. I'm very bad at using the ground trader since I get killed much more often. When players get teleporter it's pretty difficult to play trader since it's fragile. Many players don't like exploders and it seems noone is missing them in any league games. But there's always someone who like to be suicide bomber....
