I like to have a dialog about the -giveup option.
I is really "borring" playing a game thats TOTALY lost.
Then 4 players wanner giveup and rmk a game. But then some idiot 5th player wont, and prolongs the game like 40 min.
I is really frustrating, becuause 4 players wont do there "best" any more, becuase they see the game is lost.
The -giveup should be made 80% votes instead of 100%
Plz comment guys.

games are really boring when enemies are feeded by leavergold saw few times 4 guys just stopped to play and 1 guy played sometimes only one way to giveup is kicking nevergiveuping pro player

And I'd like to have the giveup option removed. So?
If 4 people don't want to play, they
- can leave anytime
- shouldn't have joined the game.
I always play games till the end, because I join games to play. Not too long ago I won a game where we had lost both base towers and our main building was down to about 2k hp. Everyone wanted to give up many times, but in the end, we turned the game around and won. So, how can a game be "TOTALLY" lost before your main building is destroyed? If you're pushed back, you just have to try harder. That's why this game is fun - it would be rather boring if you knew from start that you're gonna win no matter what you do.
Getting used to the Sand everywhere. At least it brings us map updates.

All that happens is the game looses its "fun" for the majorety of the team. Players that giveup, normal wanner RMK a game getting it ballanced so all can enjoy the game, and the game then is fun for all

Yes, I did read your post. And in fact I remember you from some ranked games: if you think "it's gg" you try to -giveup. If someone doesn't want to you try kick him and if you have no success with that, you rage quit.
And why prolong the game? There is a saying called: Never give up! But maybe you don't know...

If u want to be in top 10, u have to win even if all ur teamates are feeding.
When u see sport at tv, do they give up in middle of a match? No
If u can't stand losing, go play tetris!
Carrying 4 feeders is already exhausting but is even worse when ur mates want to give up, stop playing or try to kick you.

destroying/defending base is part of the game! theres a capturing mode in BT but its not played here in league and thats it. dont force players taking away a part of a game becouse its "useless" to finish it. when is a game usless? if you cant win anymore???

not all players finds pleasure in playing game till the end. Sometimes long defense after great game is pleasure even though u know u lost game. But sometimes game is ultra imba, you have zero pleasure from continuing it, and it's more than sure it's lost. In the 2nd cast i prefer to giveup and play next game becouse i feel i'm wasting my time.

gotta agree with both sides.
i keep it that way: if i can win if 1 or 2 enemys disconnect i dont giveup.
Thing is, i won games, that looked lost for about 1,5 hours but we could turn it, even tough everyone tried giving up. You kinda have to keep faith if you want a high elo.

Alot of these "desperately lost" games are actually winnable, especially when it's early. Way too often a team would lose mid cp around 20-25min, and everyone wants to give up immediately. Why don't you guys have all 5 go side lane to capture a cp while the other team is greedily farming mid tower, to equalize things a bit?
Even when you lose all cps at the 20min mark, you can still make a comeback. Your ability to farm pretty much neutralizes the other side's advantage in team gold. And you have base advantage in that the other side cannot tp onto you, while you can tp onto them. Grab a teleport each and just start ganking.

I just played a ranked game... and SCREW THE AUTOBALANCE... Had 4 clanplayers vs me! (and they were all trolling me on ts!) You know what? I didn't give up but my teamates wanted to give up after 15 min... This games takes hours to be played now and u want to give up? Screw you
In any case, I repeat: SCREW the autobalance, you put firephoenix, torokid, mad bull adn gomboob vs me!! I hate u !!!
Anyway, giving up is something you should not do.

in this issue i really liked an idea of increasing amount of needed qualifies to be allowed play league cause for now its so easy to create it by this league ranking doesnt mean anything right now positions of players are usually based on getting lucky teams excluding wupti and lioil
Let me guess that not solving multi acc imba games and not making clear rules for ranked it wont gonna encourage players to play it longer after tour

It was so funny 4v1 in TS...but I feel a bit sorry too for you.
I experienced it too with 5v1 in TS. My team wanted to giveup since 30game-minute but I didn't because you can turn every game and win. At least the game was finished after 1H 40MIN and I had good stats like 70-30? Especially I hate people who say like "I don't understand why this guy don't giveup and wanna waste his time" ; "OMFG WHAT A DREAMER...THINKS WE CAN STILL WIN"...
Players, who giveup are retarded, noobs and they will be never a pro!
Players, who never giveup, will be more than a pro!
