I think it is the other way around. Its a shame LR ends with a mid-game acid cannon and to be late game you have to convert it into a overused 1k ranged supercell.

well at some point btank. is right. there's no game without at least 3 1300 rangers in mid wich makes game boring. if they are noobs they just feed. if they are not they just keep distance and there's almost no fight. only way to do sth with it is to save gold just creeping and maybe sometimes ganking lane and buy tank/tp/other
