So, long range is unfair in most games. So many are angry with this type of game, were there is alot of long rangers swarming around and kill steals and get farm noobs, from distance, become overpowered, and thats how they win. I have done it, u have.. dont b a h8r, feel me.
A mode were no long range weapens can b baught. All longrange weps shud eitehr b un-buyable, OR become mid/short range. Im sure that can b some work. But i guess it can b used much. I wud.

Partly agree with you, but I dont think this is realy that big of a problem or even a problem at all, to create a whole mode for. For comparison, explosives in -no exploder is more of a problem (not being able to prevent suiciders).

Long range is not unfair, you just can't handle it. (I know what I'm talking about, I saw you in a game which ended exactly right before you opened this thread, you just played bad, no offense)

This is just another attempt to contimue an unfortunate trend. Aspect X of battle tanks is imba!
Let's have a no X mode.
There should also be a:
No kill steal mode
No mines mode
No CP mode
No Tanks mode
No skill mode
No Luck mode
No Lag mode
etc...

Adding a no X mode if X item is imbalanced is a really inelegant way to solve problems. If it bothers that much consider my solution for torps: http://forum.btanks.net/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=2000

everyone can buy long rang weapons, so why should it be unbuyable? if your reason is that noobs die to fast with long range weapons, then is that the worst reason in ever have heard (almost) !...
Cuz players get better and better, and it´s normal that some players are better than other players.
Ex. in Counter strike, sniper can one hit u. it´s overpowered and pwning so hard, but u can also easily die. And that´s not a reason to remove it just cuz some can kill with it o,O
