- As agreed and confirmed by both teams, the time of Game_B01 BTF vs. KCTZ has changed to 16:00@+1, same day.
- Game A02 will probably be delayed to Sunday evening, the 2 team leaders are discussing the game time.
- Game C01, team BeerTanks still not yet confirm the game time.

I'd like to announce that I'm trying to switch the game times (not oppenents) of Game_A01 (16:00 +1) and Game_B01 (20:00 +1). Both the members of KCTZ and BTF have approved this change and I've sent PM's to the contacts of Anal-Elite and TBBK formally requesting it. I just thought I would make my intentions known on this thread.

10.4. The game time given by the BTT organizers cannot change, unless both teams can make an agreement at a different time to play the game. If both teams agree on a different game time, this time must be within +/- 3 days from the default game time given by the BTT organizers.

the time that we have agreed on February 18th (16:00 +1) overlaps with another team's game. Now if we have a second bot this isn't an issue, but I would like to confirm this change ASAP since KCTZ and BTF have already confirmed the change.

How do we feel about borrowing a second bot and keeping the game time at 16:00 +1? The rule states only the approval of both team's captains is nessecary so I don't see any problem with this arrangement.

I think it's possible that BTF vs KCTZ and Anal-Elite vs TBBK can play at the same time.
Even if the BTT get enough referees.

1 bot can support 5 games (based on the setting) running at the same time.

if 2 games happen at the same time, we will try to arrange referees for both games. Normally it is also not a problem.

As long as the 2 teams agree, you can play the game at anytime, (but within +/-3 days). You cannot say the 2 teams agree to play this game at next year etc.

Ok, sry i was confused.

If both teams agree (BTF and KCTZ), you can change your game time to Saturday, 16:00@+1. We can handle 2 games running at the same time.

But i still need a formal agreement sent from BTF by either progg or Wupti.

Here are some final words at Friday evening, before the BTT2012 1st round starts.

1. Some game time and game referees are updated, see the 1st post of this thread. The lastest info is always updated there. Or this link: http://btanks.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=3108
2. Please keep in mind that at the group phase, we had the limit of 90min for all games. If the game is not finished at 90min it is a draw game. So if your team is aiming for a win, keep an eye on the watch.
3. A win earns 3 points, draw 1point, lose 0point. If 2 teams are with same points, the rank will be decided by team kill minus death. So your kill/death matters !!
4. I am still waiting for torokid to announce the info of how to watch games live with his stream. Hope we can broadcast games already tomorrow !!!
