This suggestion is just like the title says. Add a secondary market for sold tanks that works like the junkyard. (buyer gets 25% off, seller gets 25% refund)
If an ally sells their heavy tank, you can buy one for 25% off, and your ally gets the other 25%.
This would also mean that players can switch between tanks without losing any gold (I.E airship -> heavy tank -> airship)
Ideally, the tank merchants would list which tanks are in stock, so you wouldn't have to go to a new vendor
