There is some specialised weapons ingame, but I think it can be more of it to add strategical diversity with weapons. I have some ideas.
Crystal Gun (2000)
Shoots lich like ice shots. Effective creep weapon at start, but a bit long cooldown makes it somewhat less effective, but also this weapon can be bought at start so it might be a good creep killer, but no upgrades.

Cooldown: 1.5 seconds
DPS: 233
Normal mode

Seeker Cannon (2500)
An flexible cannon which can be adjusted to attack air or not to attack air units.

Flex Cannon (4000)
Shoots special shots which has an ability which allows it to adjust attack range. This is just an suggestion

Doom Cannon (9000)
A very special weapon with extremely long cooldown. This weapon must be used with coordination and timing. This tactical weapon packs a heavy punch, but with very long cooldown it's a risky weapon.

Cooldown: 10 seconds
DPS: 600
Upgrade cost: 3000
Upgrade bonus: 1+ projectile.
Slam Cannon (12000)
A good and strong weapon which can be used effectively against ground tanks.
Ground only

Range: 800
Cooldown: 0.8 seconds
DPS: 1250
Normal mode

Cooldown: 1.0 seconds

Pressure Cannon (12000)
A good and strong weapon which can be used effectively against air tanks.

Vaporizer Cannon (13500)
A decent medium range weapon which is the ultimate creeper weapon. It can also be switched to normal mode for flexible use.

Upgrade cost: 7600
Upgrade bonus: 1+ projectile.
Grand Incinerator (35000)
Ultimate short range weapon. Using doom buff as projectiles. But it would be rare that someone could afford this weapon. Just a suggestion. However it doesn't need to cost that much either.

Range: 444
Cooldown: 0.5 seconds
DPS: 5256
Upgrade cost: 8750
Upgrade bonus: -0.1 sec cooldown.
