Because it sucks?
I notice than some of the starting tanks have a little more hp than their costs. I'm only mentioning the ground tanks since the airs have less hp due to their flight capabilities.
Tinker
250 hp, no cost, 250 more hp than gold
Scout
650 hp, 500 gold, 150 more hp than gold
Light Tank
1000 hp, 800 gold, 200 more hp than gold
Antigrav
1500 hp, 1400 gold, 100 more hp than gold
Demolisher
2000 hp, 1900 gold, 100 more hp than gold
All the little extra hp follows the same pattern except scout. Is it meant to have more bonus hp or is this intended? So I'm wondering why does the light tank get more extra hp than the scout? Is it to make the scout rather useless without hull? When I random scout I feel forced to get iron or steel hull, but when I got other tanks I might sometimes jump straight to tier 2. Why does scout have 650 hp? Is it because of the creep cannon?
