new weapon suggestion

We always see weapons upgrades help make weapons deal more damage by increasing there damage per hit on cool down of weapon how about having a weapon that increases in cool down but has greater damage some where between 5-15k would be nice

would you really want to upgrade a weapon that would have a greater cooldown? there are several other weapon idea threads, just look there for a weapon calculator and post us your idea.
btw, one topic would be sufficent for new weapons, don't go creating a new one each time. thx. ^.^
