in my opinion the tank cannon is too weak in the end of the game
i mean that if u have an expensive tank a skill point is more valuable than in the beginning but the damage of the tank cannon is still very low

300 damage/sec is quite something, like having one aditional ice cannon. I don't think it's too weak, especially becouse you need to skill at least one passiv skill, otherwise you have a lack of mana, so the tank cannon is skilled by everyone i guess.

yes in the beginning the damage is ok but later for example photon bombs do 1333 dm i guess and then 300 is not enought for me to skill it

Photon Bombs cost 20k and Tank Cannon is for free, you can't compare them.

and then 300 is nothing!
moreover the tank cannon cost 1 skill point whitch u can spend for a more powerfull ability
(better tanks => better ability's !but! better tanks => same tank cannon)

You're caught in a circle there :-p
The cannon is quite a nice addition if you choose Demolisher with Multibow, or if you want maximum dps and no healing skill with a Light Tank. Again: you get some more dmg for free, and you would have, as Prog has said, mana problems anyway if you fully concentrated on active skills only. If you don't like it, don't concentrate on it, tech it only when it's inevitable.

hmm i think u all didn't understand me
i don't want to have another ability or something; i just want the tank cannon be better if u have a better tank
i like the ability too but later in he game it's nearly useless

You're right, I didn't understand it that way. The problem I see with that is the following: if someone saves for a HT or a slightly cheaper tank, he will probably have only one weapon, while others who focused on more weapons at least keep the advantage of a higher dps. If the cannon now becomes as much better as the tanks are more expensive, that might overpower them. Sure the cannon is rather weak later on, but that's a disadvantage everybody faces equally, and I believe that more expensive tanks, in relation to cheaper ones (e.g. LT and HT), are already strong enough, there's no need to give them more power by giving the cannon of more expensive tanks a higher dps.

Just an idea:
Making tanks max Levels to 32. And making tank cannon 10 levels instead of 5.
So it can deal 600 dps at last level.

i thought about that before, but i wasnt really sure if its a good idea.
+if the game lasts that long (to get level 26+), you will be able to keep a (small) experience advantage
-quite big change in game machanics for a quite low effect IMO
and: there are two questions to be answered before implementing this:
will a level 25+x tank receive x*0,5% additional HP?
what are the level requirements for the tank cannon above level 5? if they are 16,19,22,25 and 28, they will maybe have an impact on current skilling behaviour.

P=primary skill
s=secondary skill
a=alternative skill
U=ultimate
0=none
If your skill logic is like mine
p-s-0-(p+s)-a-0-(p+s)-a-0-(p+u)-s-0-(p+u)-s-a >and afterwards ultimate and other skills..
after 16th level there is not much option left behind. So it wont affect skill progression. It will take place of your least favorite skill at 19 and 22.
BTW i calculated wrong. It requires only 30 levels.

It will be nice if all tanks that costs more than 10k gold will have more powerful canon skill. Like 600dps.
