I kinda agree on the new troop command to have to fast mortar team spawning, compared to the siege pack it give more than the twice value as it spawns troops in addition.

My suggestion is 2 mortar teams instead of 3.

Or make it spawn 10 troops, 1 aura creep, 3 mortar with 50 sec cooldown.

Maybe other solutions than mine is better...
