More testing is needed. Not all games are played with teams of wildly varying skill.
If it becomes apparent that the changes make any one strategy just plain better than another
- potentially involving the troop command recipe then fine. But it takes awhile to try all the counters in an organised fashion.

Just because the latest version of battle tanks has some rather large changes, and opens up new possibilities of playstlye while closing others does not make it imbalanced.
