Maybe should we do a special noob mode that help noob to learn and make people not kick them:

Remove bounty, so when you die you dont give gold to player. Increase the countdown when you die. Give more gold to people each minutes.
So having them feeding is less a problem. People would not kick them and they would be able to learn then.

What do you think?
I am so good that I don't even need to type -rc because I never die !
