And also there is one more thing to consider.
If it is hard to freeze world before beginning you can omit this freeze instead starting game exactly in 20 seconds without -r command. So every single game will be in exact same starting conditions as any other single game.

Strange that wc3 does not allow to set some parameters before game starts. It could be useful to set game mode before game start.
