Yes modules arent that great really.. Its having people stuff ANY tower with energy torpedoes/bombard/rockets etc being the problem rather than the base tower used. A level 1 tinker tower could be stuffed with long range weapons but the bounty still be less than 100. With 'tower item' bounty it would be more like 300 or something. Nothing too extreme or the tinker will feed. On laser tower, which is much stronger, perhaps giving closer to +700 bounty for the same weapons as in the tinker tower example.
Bonus bounty for towers should change depending on the type of tower used.
Level 1 Tinker tower: +300
Level 5 Tinker tower: +500
Cannon Tower: +500
Laser Tower: +700
Another forumla could involve tower's base HP. This way, it will easily scale so that laser tower gives the most bounty for the same weapons/items.
