Level 3: Disables for 9 seconds. Cooldown 40 sec

There is a 20% chance (per 1 sec interval) that this tanks moves 35% faster. Does not work in "frost aura".

This tank takes the shape of target tank. Gains extra 10% hp of target tank and a random ability from target tank (including passive abilities and tank cannon) replaces with this ability for duration. Allies and enemies can be targeted as well. If it targets itself, it will not gain 10% hp but will get an ability called "Water Cannon" which is same ability with "Water Nova" with only single direction. Speed is reduced by 30 for duration. (Extra hp is added to Max hp of Hydro Tank and hp percentage remains, when this spell ends, Max hp is scaled to normal and percentage remains.)
This ability cannot be canceled. Cannot target Air tanks
