You get 10% extra hp of target tank. Not 110%..if you turn a titan, your hp will be >> "Your normal hp + 2500 extra hp" for duration. Your hp does not go up to titan. So you will need another tank later.
Yea, splash can block a good item or a bad one or an empty slot.. It depends on luck. But if enemy got a frost lazer, i think it must be time to change tank.
Because you block 1/3 of 1 tank inventory, other tanks still can attack you as always... 11k hp wont be enough at that time of game...If you are lucky, you block speed pack, power pack so enemy cant tp out / reduce hp etc...
