Can you say Morphling?!^^
Which means i like your idea but dont think it fits in with btanks in its current form.
Squish
is a strange name. It could be fun and it seems simple enough skill to create. Although my alternative idea to pure random chance is:
• Exponential or increasing MS as the tank moves in a straight line for longer. Allow some change in direction (very small change) if possible. Turning the tank will reset this skill's effects.
So, the longer a tankw walks in a fairly straight line, the faster it gets. This will force concious consideration of terrain and strategies in using the terrain (not just +MS). Well planned ambushes or attacks will be rewarded with a lot of bonus MS where the hydro tank has launched from the best and uninterrupted piece of land to its' target, making best use of straight land.
• Become dependant on another skill/s, in the way of razormoar's (or whatever hes called, the pig) passive is based on how many times he casts a spell in the past 10 seconds, stacking up to X number of times.
Bonus ms could come from how much 'water' is in the tank, determined by this other skill.
• Based on mana. This will severely affect other skills and generally how the tank works. This can go three ways:
- percentage %chance of occuring
- the amount of bonus +MS
- the duration of such bonus ms
Water Nova & Reform
Water Nova: Too basic. No skill should share art with a weapon - hunter's ult is fairly small and doesnt matter i suppose. Plasma waves is fairly commonly used.
Reform: This would be going into the crazy area of btanks and would need a lot of work before it fits into bt. Perhaps it just doesnt fit in.
These are really ports of morphlings ultimate and signature skill.
