Well here are some random ability suggestions for the new 11k tank. I don't know what you plan what role that tank should play.
List 1:
Heavy Shot (Q) (Active)
This does high damage to a single target and deals aoe damage to targets near the primary target. Does no stun but slows the afflicted targets with 50% for 2 seconds. (Acid Bomb base, using -0.50% move bonus to slow). 200 AoE. 400 damage pr level. Range 2000.
Missile Hail (W) (Active)
Does shoot on all targets within a target area. Shoots at each target within 325 of target area and causing 1 second stun to all targets (kinda like emp on antigrav, but towards a target area). 300 damage pr level. Range 1000.
TP Breaker Field (E) (Passive)
If an enemy teleports within 900 range of your position, he get stunned for 3 seconds and loses 5% of his current hp. The teleporting enemy unit isn't displaced. Chance to trigger is 20% pr level. Once the field has been triggered, it has a 10 seconds cooldown before it can be triggered again.
Shield Generator (R) (Active)
Generates a shield bubble that protects targets inside the bubble. Aborbs 6000 damage on lv1, and absorbs 1500 damage pr level. Shield lasts for 15 seconds. 60 seconds cooldown.
List 2:
Shell Shot (Q) (Active)
Shoots a very deadly shell that does 400 damage to a single target pr level and 0.4 seconds stun pr level. 2000 range.
Nano Disassemblers (W) (Active)
Breaks down the tank by 700 hp pr level and it doesn't go below 1 hp if the tank has less. Breakdown lasts for 6 seconds. This can be used later and you can restore the same amount of hit points over 6 seconds by using the ability again. (an ability with active/deactive function). Should be used when you are healing.
Reinforced Plating (E) (Passive)
Reduces damage taken from weapons and spells by 5% pr level.
Fortress Cannon (R) (Active)
Fires multiple shots which only travels on the facing/aiming direction of the tank with a small scatter. Each shell does 500 damage and only explodes when it hits structures or tanks. Fires 4 shots only level 1, + 1 pr level. Max travelling range is 2000.
I don't know if I gave you any ideas, but you are free to decide what you will use.
