Earth
Earth robot is fine as it is, except its lack of stun ability. Ultimate only slows. I wouldn't mind if the earthquake did a 0.5 or 1 sec stun first to stop enemy ability. But I rarely play this tank cuz it's a hp absorber and mostly a good CP defender and CP assister and helps for damage absorption.
Demon
But I see often that the Hunter is often preferred over the demon tank. I don't think it will hurt to slightly strengthen the ultimate damage of this tank. But I will still pick hunter above demon tank as it's more easier to counter enemy teamwork with the hunter. I'm sure some adjustments can be done here.
An possible extra feature could be to add a 100% instable projectile feature on demons ulti so the creeps causes collateral damage and each does 200 + 50 pr level extra damage, a good counter against creeping tactic. So a player using troops takes more damage as penalty of getting hit by his own exploding creeps.
Just my idea, but I think it's ulti does rather low damage and also slightly low AoE.
