indeed he can be overpowered if he is fed on the lane. but that counts for all other starter tanks too
. yes he is one of the best starter tanks at the lane. but imho the tank is balanced. the only skill i would nerf are the decoys counting as buildings, so longrange weapons only make 10% damage = 4 bombarding shots to bring it down. XD
