Battle Tanks 8.49

Hey there,
a new version again. Mostly bugfixing and some balancing. This should be a pretty stable version now.

v 8.49

• Added an requirement option to the Custom Mode
  
• Added new command: -checkleague , shows who's joined the league game
  
• Reduced the range of Lava Shot (Demon Tank) to 1500 (from 2000)
  
• Decreased the movement speed of the Demon Tank by 10
  
• Reduced the armor requirements of the tanks by 2
  
• Decreased the bounty of the Watch Towers (Scout) by half
  
• Removed the undroppable item condition while in cooldown, because of the 1.22 Warcraft patch
  
• Removed the item cooldown restriction when trying to buy a new tank
  
• Removed the Kick-Dialog and added chat commands instead
  
• Some minor cosmetical changes
  
• Leavers won't drop their 'Weapon Upgrading' and 'Change Weapon Mode' items on the Junkyard anymore
  
• Fixed a creeps stat bug caused by the Healing Drones (Air Ship)
  
• Fixed the Watch Towers from sometimes not appearing
  
• Fixed the command "-stats 10"
  
• Fixed the Defensive Systems icon position
  
• Fixed the Tech Mech and Healing Drones from being affected by the creep waypoints
  
• Fixed a league bug caused by leavers and the AI
  
• Fixed the afk-inventory when the players enters the afk-status while the tank is still dead
  
• Fixed a bug which caused a player to sometimes drop his afk-items when dying
  
• Fixed a visual cooldown bug of the Mine Remote Fuse Pack
  
• Fixed some minor bugs
