Here's a list of the issues with the medivac.
I suggest you rework the ultimate again. Instead I suggest you use trader ability magic block ability on units within 900 range.
Suggestion to ultimate versions
- The drain ability doesn't drain so much. It has small aoe.
- Medivac is quite fragile, it should have 1250 hp to be balanced among starter tanks
- Medivac is slow since it don't have passsive speed ability, even with speed ability, maybe it should start with 310 like airship?
- Creep weapons easily kills flares. Is this intentional?
- Ultimate ability don't provide permanent mana bonus
- Ultimate doesn't stop the incoming projectiles, instead the incoming projectiles resets the buff (it's overriding the ultimate buff I think)

- Block 2000 magic damage + 500 pr level. Lasts for 20 seconds.
- Block 2000 magic AND normal damage + 500 pr level. Lasts for 20 seconds
- Block unlimited magic damage. Lasts 2 seconds + 0.5 seconds pr level.
