The last picture you have there is the battle fort in Tkf bt insane mod, i really like the tank and it fits good as a 14000-22000 gold tank, i also like the m2 a3 grizzly.

I think the Fortress, the Grizzly and the Armageddon tanks are really cool and fit in the game. The Goblin Mech could work but that face is horrible, lose the face and it's ok 8)
The Model looks heavily armed with weapons
The Model have nice animations
The Model does look like a strong tank
The Model does look like a proper warcraft like model
The Model does fit into a BT map
The Model do look pretty awesome 9/10 The Model file size is large (111kb)

I would say m2 a3 grizzly and the steam fortress are acceptable solutions. I'm not sure about the Armageddon tank since it doesn't fit well with the other tanks in battle tanks. The M3 A1 Kodiak (which is not listed in your list) is the most awesome, but unfortunately with a size of 300kb it's quite unacceptable.
For now everybody likes Grizzly. So it is most likely to be qualified i think.
Still we dont know the value of tank i dont give a specific number.
Snipe (Active):
Sends an (nearly) instant shot to specified location with a low-medium damage. Hits only 1 target and has very percise location (means you have to aim very good). Level 1: x Damage Level 2: 2x Damage Level 3: 3x Damage Level 4: 4x Damage Level 5: 5x Damage
Cooldown: 12sec
Has 2000 range 1000 minimum range
Drone (Passive):
Creates an invulnerable drone helper that flies in your 300 range. Drone will die with you and revive with you as well.
Weapons given to drone will stay permanently with drone. Whenever you sell this tank, items will be refunded as sold items.

Send Drone (Active):
Teleports your drone to specified location, as drone arrives the location, it drops a small bomb which deals small damage in a medium area. Drone stays in the location for the duration. Level 1: 2 sec duration, bomb deals x damage. Level 2: 4 sec duration, bomb deals 2x damage. Level 3: 6 sec duration, bomb deals 3x damage. Level 4: 8 sec duration, bomb deals 4x damage. Level 5: 10 sec duration, bomb deals 5x damage.
40 sec cooldown
Has 2000 range.
Well i will add an ultimate later. Couldnt think of a fitting ulti right now.
The idea with the drone is very neat, but there would be problems concerning slots for weapons.
Maybe we can think of an alternative effect besides the slots for that ability.

I think beacon needs an explanation:
Whenever owner uses "Send Drone" ability, an abilty called "Teleport to beacon" replaces with "Send Drone" ability until Drone comes back. When used, after 2.5 sec it teleports you to your beacon which your drone has dropped.
Well here are some random ability suggestions for the new 11k tank. I don't know what you plan what role that tank should play.
List 1:
Heavy Shot (Q) (Active)
This does high damage to a single target and deals aoe damage to targets near the primary target. Does no stun but slows the afflicted targets with 50% for 2 seconds. (Acid Bomb base, using -0.50% move bonus to slow). 200 AoE. 400 damage pr level. Range 2000.
Missile Hail (W) (Active)
Does shoot on all targets within a target area. Shoots at each target within 325 of target area and causing 1 second stun to all targets (kinda like emp on antigrav, but towards a target area). 300 damage pr level. Range 1000.
TP Breaker Field (E) (Passive)
If an enemy teleports within 900 range of your position, he get stunned for 3 seconds and loses 5% of his current hp. The teleporting enemy unit isn't displaced. Chance to trigger is 20% pr level. Once the field has been triggered, it has a 10 seconds cooldown before it can be triggered again.
Shield Generator (R) (Active)
Generates a shield bubble that protects targets inside the bubble. Aborbs 6000 damage on lv1, and absorbs 1500 damage pr level. Shield lasts for 15 seconds. 60 seconds cooldown.
List 2:
Shell Shot (Q) (Active)
Shoots a very deadly shell that does 400 damage to a single target pr level and 0.4 seconds stun pr level. 2000 range.
Nano Disassemblers (W) (Active)
Breaks down the tank by 700 hp pr level and it doesn't go below 1 hp if the tank has less. Breakdown lasts for 6 seconds. This can be used later and you can restore the same amount of hit points over 6 seconds by using the ability again. (an ability with active/deactive function). Should be used when you are healing.
Reinforced Plating (E) (Passive)
Reduces damage taken from weapons and spells by 5% pr level.
Fortress Cannon (R) (Active)
Fires multiple shots which only travels on the facing/aiming direction of the tank with a small scatter. Each shell does 500 damage and only explodes when it hits structures or tanks. Fires 4 shots only level 1, + 1 pr level. Max travelling range is 2000.
I don't know if I gave you any ideas, but you are free to decide what you will use.
It would fire and hit like the hunters main gun, but do half the damage, but on impact it will make a fire ring like sky tanks fire strike doing 200 damage per second, and 150 more every level.
Blank shot (W) (Active)
This skill would be as if the tank has no more rounds left to fire so it loads up massive amount of black powder and fires a 1500 range maybe a 200 wide shock wave that stuns all in the path for 2 seconds for the first level then 1 second ever level after.
Trained drivers (E) (Passive)
This skill will reduce stun duration by 20% per level, it will also reduce slowing down of the tank (frost bots slow aura or hunters fog) by 15% every level.
Animantium shot (R) (Active)
A single shot that travels for 1200 range doing 400 damage per level, also this round do to the metal its made of will not stop if it hits a tank it will just pierce through it and keep going.

Time Shield
The tank activate a shield which absorbs all damage for x seconds. After this time the tank takes the y% of the absorbed damage.
Timeless Travel
Point target. Range: Whole map
Moves really fast to the target point like a flying unit. For each 100 distance the tank travels he takes x damage. The tanks hp can't go under 1, but if they reach 1 the tank stops the travel, and gets stunned for x hp.
Hast
Passiv, aura
Increases the movement of all nearby tanks.
Time Bomb
Ultimate
Like the normal Bomb but deals lower damage and stuns all enemies near it.
