Game ended.

So one person had a disconnect and you lagged out. After that one team gave up.

While the game was in the lobby, the connection to the battle.net server got lost. After reconnecting the the gamename #8113 was already taken. That's why the game has been rehosted as #8114 with 9 players in it.
Nobody got kicked, only the gamename changed.

There were huge server problems. 4 guys lagged out and game was unplayable so we gaveup. Would be nice if u delete the penalties of the laggers and maybe change ELO back to the worth before the game started. Thx

You really think we don't care?

Normally it's not a server problem. It's a network problem. That's why only some players have problems. Always keep in mind that the internet originally hasn't been designed to support realtime/gaming traffic. You will always have congestions in the network/routers and from time to time links break.

We are doing all we can to provide you a high game experience. But we have no influence on the network in between.

And we'll have a look at the games. Just give us some time, we've got a life besides BT too.

Looks like there have been some network problems. When i came home my ssh connection to the server has been lost.
When i've got time i'll have a look at the botlogs.

EDIT: At 22:18 (UTC/GMT +1) in a time frame of 4 seconds 15 people in 8 games started to lag. So it looks like one or more routes to the server got "disturbed".

was it an unhappy coincidence that near the whole enemy team lagged out?

could you say which games were affected?
i guess the ranked games should be reseted, it wasn't fair this way.
