You are wrong. Infernal rocks will beat most of the time because of impact damage (better initial damage) though it will need player skill and infernal rocks has slight less damage.
Till 660 hp laser will have better chance to kill (0.875 sec) but Infernal rocks will have a better chance to kill after 660 hp targets till 1300 hp. Laser has a stucky behavior so all missiles will not fireBig Grin, i gave a 7.5% nonfire penalty. And numbers will go on like that...
But a better player will know when its missile will fire. So a laser will continously fire and player has no control over this weapon. But infernal hits like hell and you have control over this weapon, you can first-strike enemy via 2 infernal rocks with 2500 damage instantly, and after first strike 2500, numbers will go on as same with laser averagely.
As for Sky Fortress, It will not change anything because you will drop same damage in same time. Maybe it will improve slightly only in condition of death, you will be able to drop one half bomb more, thats it. But it will be less preciese overall..
