Yes EarthR has it right. The problem with tinker is that his allies are screwed. A good player can make money and not feed with tinker, especially since the buff. But his teammates mid.. well if they want to have a fun game they have to let tinker's towers die. Otherwise they will fall behind in money first, and in exp later.
