Chaos Teleport

Hey, i saw recently that now, the chaos teleport is 1 sec slower... but now, it became too slow ?? it was already slow to cast... but its now almost impossible to hit target with this spell..

when my opponent is Infernal, its easy to see him not moving and castin chaos teleport, so i just need to relax and move. Anyway, this is my opinion. I know that many peeps thought that chaos teleport was Imba before.

chaos teleport itself wasnt imba, but the infernal at all was too strong, now you cant use teleport + rain on a enemy tank (or its harder now)
