For this range of price, you have (6500-9000):
Gob, sky, hunter. All of them are focused on ground (gob, stun; sky 2 skills; hunter cloud)

You can't say that all these ability are not great against ground. The earth ability is not that good... Comparing to them. It seems the "speciality" antiground is not that interesting... Since the others also have good stuffs...
