Nerf the Ghost Tank?

It's true that this tank can survive in situations where others surely would have died. But keep in mind that this tank only has one skill that does direct damage to an enemy (also a target channeling ability, you can't really call it a nuke). This tank is more passiv than others.

But if you (and the other users of this forum) still feel that he's too strong I still can do something about it.
