Nerf the Ghost Tank?

I don't find the life drain as a real problem, as you can move out of range to avoid further damage, which you can't do with heavy tank shot. Also it has to substain itself for 5 seconds while tank rocket is instant. But also the ghost tank gains life and mana with this skill. Probably that's why it costs 15mp pr level.
