Enabled observer slots for players 11-24
Fixed a bug where some observers could not see tank icons in the multiboard

Decreased creepbuffs for holding all control points from 40% to 30% of their hitpoints.
Increased gold bonus for random tank from 5% to 7%.

Decreased Marine Spawnrate on Sidelanes by 1.
Slightly adjusted spawn times and area around the sidelane Control Points to balance lane creeps.

Added several singleplayer commands for testing

• spawn : creates the given tank at the center of your screen for the red player, i.e. “-spawn Heavy Tank”
• spawnenemy : creates the given tank at the center of your screen for the orange player, i.e. “-spawnenemy Tinker”
• item : creates the given item at the center of your screen (excluding special characters like brackets), i.e. “-item Basic Magic Upgrade”
• upgrades: sets creep armor and weapon upgrades for both teams to 30, as well as the Mana upgrade to max
• setmax: sets gold, xp and upgrades to max
• refresh: sets HP and of your current tank to max again, resets all skill cooldowns
• share: grants control of units of other players

Air Ship

Guard

• Removed the Guard’s armor bonus.
• Reduced the Guard’s additional hit point regeneration from 20/30/40/50/60 to 15/20/25/30/35.

Architect

• Now deals half damage against creeps
• Pacifista (R)
• Reduced Pacifista base attack damage from 350/450/550/650/750 to 250/350/450/550/650.
• Reduced Pacifista damage upgrades from 35/45/55/65/75 to 25/35/45/55/65 per weapon upgrade.
• Changed Pacifista weapon type to normal from chaos.
• Reduced Pacifista hitpoints from 2400/3000/3600/4200/4800 to 2200/2800/3400/4000/4600
• Reduced Pacifista hitpoint regeneration from 80/100/120/150/160 per second to 40/50/60/70/80 per second.

Demon Tank

• Hell Fire (R)
• Fixed enemies not being pulled

Sky Fortress

• System Overload (R)
• Increased range from 700 to 800.
• Increased duration from 1.4/1.8/2.2/2.6/3.0 seconds to 1.6/2.0/2.4/2.8/3.2 seconds.

Frozen Tempest

• Fixed a bug that disabled items for an unintended duration.
